AM classes:

Mon/Thursday and every other Friday from 9:30 to 10:45 am

PM classes

Mon/Tues/Thurs from 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm

 

Cost

First class is free!

$4 for individual class

$35 for punch card with 10 classes

$5 discount for Senior adults - ages 55+
