PNC Fitness
provides opportunities to play team sports or to participate in individual fitness classes.


Fitness classes consist of cirque training and kickboxing. There are activities for all fitness levels. This is a great time for meeting new people too. Bring someone that may need to encouraged. If you want to get in shape or to lose weight or both, these classes are for you.

Circuit Training:
Monday morning – 9:30 to 10:45am
Tuesday and Thursday night – 5:30 to 6:45pm
Kickboxing:
Monday night – 5:30 to 6:45pm
Thursday morning – 9:30 to 10:45am

Team Sports available at PNC – basketball, volleyball, racquetball, and softball. Participation dates vary depending on the season - for more details, email Bruce Wasson at bwasson@pnconline.org.
